‘Manage your pain’

I have taken the time to read through this book.

It is amazing! It explains exactly what I’m going through,

It explains CHRONIC PAIN, and chronic conditions. Conditions and pain that last longer then 6months, nerve damage has a 1 year limit on repair.

It shows pain cycles, explains in depth the viscious circle.

It helps you to acknowledge that sometimes scans will not always show your issue BUT it also explains that your pains are real and common.

It is about getting the diagnosis, if you don’t get it, you don’t get the treatment.

This book explains conditions and options on how they are treated. There is a test for everything, it’s just a matter if getting the right test at the right time. And I guess also waiting for deterioration of the muscle/tissue/bone to define problem areas…

This book put faith in me that I am not alone. And I did feel alone and like the only one.

It will help open the lines of communication with friends, family and loved ones. It explains peoples behaviours and changes to relationships due to pain and trauma.

It is a terrific book, easier to read then my summary of it.
